After spending three rewarding years doing research at Hexaly, I’m excited to have successfully defended my Ph.D. thesis. During this time, I focused on enhancing the solver's performance for various scheduling problems and making them more accessible for our users. It’s been incredibly fulfilling to see my Ph.D. work gradually integrated into the successive commercial versions of Hexaly. I’m thrilled to continue contributing to Hexaly’s success, developing state-of-the-art algorithms, and pushing Hexaly's performance even further.

During my 6-month internship at Hexaly, I had the opportunity to work on enhancing the solver’s performance for Vehicle Routing problems. Collaborating with such a talented and experienced team has been an incredible learning experience, introducing me to new techniques for tackling complex optimization challenges. I’m excited to continue my journey here, improving my skills and contributing to the ongoing development of Hexaly Optimizer.

I was immediately drawn to this role, as it offers the exciting opportunity to work on solver R&D and tackle optimization projects for clients. The dynamic environment at Hexaly has allowed me to quickly gain new skills and deepen my expertise in optimization.

Working as a Senior Customer Manager at Hexaly offers a unique and fulfilling experience. At Hexaly, my role involves both advancing solver R&D through the implementation of cutting-edge techniques and developing custom applications to address the unique challenges faced by our clients, including CNES, Latexco, and Keolis Santé. These diverse responsibilities allow me to continuously expand and refine my skills, ensuring that I’m always at the forefront of optimization solutions.

In my daily work at Hexaly, which focuses on research and development, I’m constantly learning and discovering new techniques to tackle the diverse and challenging optimization problems that come our way.
